The Second Quarter campaign reports have been filed with the State Board of Elections, and House District 110 Candidate Davy Lowman leads the pack with over $5,500 raised during the quarter and almost $8,000 on hand. Lowman’s Republican opponent raised $1,050 during the Second Quarter, less than 20 percent of Lowman’s successful efforts. She has a little more than 4000 dollars on hand, significantly less than the Republican she defeated in the May Primary Election.
